At the CFF Board Meeting on 10 December 2020 it was resolved that in the light of the ongoing uncertainties caused by the COVID19 Pandemic, the Commonwealth Junior and Cadet Fencing Championships that were scheduled to take place in India in 2021 would be postponed until 2022.

The event is now scheduled to take place from 24 to 30 August 2022 in New Delhi.

The CFF is pleased to announce that the 2022 Senior and Veteran Commonwealth Fencing Championships will be held in England.

The Technical Commission has made modifications to the Championship rules, which have been ratified by the Executive Committee. Note that the seeding protocols in the new Rules will be used to seed fencers in the upcoming 2018 Senior and Veteran Championships.

Voting has now closed on the ratification of the bid from the Australian Fencing Federation (AFF) & the Australian Capital Territory Fencing Association (ACTFA) to host the 2018 Commonwealth Senior Championships & the Commonwealth Veteran Fencing Championships in Canberra, Australia in November of that year.
